Fes, Morocco’s spiritual and cultural heart, is a city brimming with history. Today, you’ll embark on a full-day guided tour, starting with a visit to the Royal Palace gates. Then, you’ll dive into the winding streets of Fes' medina, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, known for its labyrinthine alleyways and vibrant souks. You’ll visit iconic landmarks, including Al-Qarawiyyin University, Al-Attarine Madrasa, the Nejjarine fountain, and the Chouara Tanneries, where traditional leather-making methods are still practiced. Next, we’ll take you to the Mellah, the old Jewish quarter, before climbing to a nearby hilltop fortress for panoramic views of the city. The rich history and culture of Fes will leave you with unforgettable memories.
After breakfast, we’ll start a scenic drive toward the Sahara Desert. Our first stop will be in Ifrane, known for its European-style charm and beautiful alpine architecture.
